I love doing these Amazon round-up posts about home decor every now and then.
Now, keep in mind that I’m not a designer, but I do have a huge interest in home decor.
I don’t have my own home yet, and I don’t really like decorating my rental because I feel like having a rental is already so expensive.

Recently, I’ve been really into gardening. I live in an apartment, so my opportunities are limited.
However, I can always grow and take care of some plants. I love plants because they have a purpose.
They are important for the planet because they absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, which we need to breathe.
Planters come in various types—outdoor planters, indoor planters, flower pots, garden containers, herb planters, and so on.
Some of them are woven, some of them can be hung, and some are made of clay. As you can see, there are really tons of options for all boho home decor lovers.
2. Pillows for your boho hippie bedroom
My favorite color is pink, but I really like the boho color palette as well. The brown-black-white combo is to-die-for, but I also like some colorful combos.
Pillows play a huge part in creating a comfy bedroom. For this blog post, I chose pillows that have neutral tones and modern patterns.

My mom recently moved, and when we were looking at all those rooms, they seemed so empty, although they were full of furniture and stuff.
So, we decided to buy some rugs, and it totally changed the harmony of every room (in a positive way).
I really like boho rugs that have a vintage touch to them. Geometric patterns have always been my favorite, whether we’re talking about clothes or home decor items.
I also like tassels because they add a modern touch to these carpets.
I know some people like using rugs as bedding, placing them on chairs, or even hanging them on the wall. It’s a fun idea to create some harmony, and it can really enhance the room.
When I’m looking for a new rug, I take into account the following requirements: 1. It has to be affordable; 2. It has to be soft; 3. It has to be durable; 4. It has to have non-slip protection.
All these rugs I picked actually meet these conditions.
If you buy a rug that doesn’t have non-slip protection, you can always add it on your own. For that, you need to buy rug grippers that will keep your rug in place.
They are not difficult to use, and it’s really easy to peel them off when you don’t need them anymore.
5. Shelves
Shelves look good, but they are also very practical if you’re dealing with a small room.
You can use these shelves just as home decor items, but you can also store your photos, books, plants, and other personal items on them.
6. Macramé
I’m a huge fan of DIY-ing and home decor. I’m constantly browsing on Pinterest, looking for new trends, yet I still think I was the last one to hear about macramé.
You can use macramé to create wall hangers, plant hangers, dream catchers, keychains, and so on.
I really like macramé wall hangers because they give off this authentic bohemian vibe. If you think these macramé wall hangers are too expensive, you can always make your own.
It’s not as difficult as it seems, but it does take some time, and I’m not very good at these kinds of crafts, so that’s why I would rather order them online.

7. Chairs for a bohemian-styled bedroom
A comfortable chair goes a long way. I used to love sitting on my bed while blogging, but it took a toll on my posture. I moved over to a chair, and I could feel my posture getting better.
As a bonus, I didn’t have back pain anymore. Don’t make the same mistake as I did, and make sure to invest in a comfortable chair. Your back will thank you for that.
What’s also really important for me is that when a chair has a soft seat or cushions, the cushions or the cushion covers need to be removable so that I can wash them in a washing machine.
8. Furniture
I like these furniture pieces as they give off this cozy farmhouse vibe. As I mentioned, I live in an apartment, and I don’t feel very cozy here.
There’s nothing wrong with the apartment; I’d just prefer to live in a house.

When you think about the boho aesthetic, you can’t imagine it without thinking about dried grass. At first, I was pretty skeptical of that trend, but over time, I started to really love it.
For me, it all comes down to simplicity, and that’s what dried grass is really all about.
This is also something you can make on your own if you’re on a really tight budget.
If you visit the sea next time, pick some pampas grass or hare’s tail grass, dry them, and spray them with hairspray so that they won’t crumble.

I’m not a big fan of clutter-causing items, but I think wall hangers are cute.
I also think wall hangers are a crucial part of creating a cozy boho bedroom because they help you create this comfy vibe.
