How to participate in the 101 goals in 1001 days challenge?
101 things to do in 1001 days is a popular goal-setting challenge in which you create a list of 101 goals that you want to accomplish in the next 1001 days, or approximately 2.75 years.
I discovered this challenge when I decided that I wanted to use the next three years as a better period of time to focus on my personal growth and development. I didn’t come up with it myself; it’s actually a Day Zero Project challenge.
Participating in the 101 things in 1001 days challenge is an excellent way to set goals for yourself and devise a strategy to achieve them.
Three years is a long time, so you have lots of time to achieve both your personal and professional goals.
To start, make a list of 101 things you want to accomplish over the next 1001 days. This list can include personal goals such as reading a new book every other week or learning a new skill, as well as travel goals such as visiting a new country or hiking a specific trail.
Once you’ve made your list, it’s time to plan out how you’ll accomplish each item. Divide each goal into smaller, more manageable tasks and assign each one a deadline. This will help you stay on track and make progress toward your goals.

What should I put on my 101 in 1001 days bucket list?

1. Try a new type of food. Trying new foods is one of the first things I added to my new list. BTW, fast food from KFC doesn’t count!
2. Read 100 life-improving books.
3. Take a cooking class or try a new cuisine to expand your culinary skills.
4. Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Here’s my favorite motivational water bottle that will help you stay on track.
5. Learn to play a new sport, like tennis or golf, to improve your coordination and fitness.
6. Donate blood.
7. Try a new form of exercise, like yoga or boxing. It can be so much fun!
8. Attend a live painting or drawing event.
9. Run a marathon or complete a 5K.
10. Attend a theater performance or a musical.
11. Learn to create a budget and stick to it. You can also start an emergency fund.
12. Get in shape or achieve a fitness goal.
13. Learn to make your own jewelry or accessories.
14. Spend a full day watching movies. You can either watch Harry Potter movies or classic movies, whatever suits you best.
