What can you start doing right now to change your life?
The first step is to make a list of things for which you are grateful. It alters your energy and begins to alter your way of thinking. Before doing this exercise, you were probably focused on what you didn’t have—your complaints and problems—but now you’re going in a different direction.
You start to be grateful for everything that makes you happy.
Why to practice daily gratitude?
As soon as you begin to feel good about what you have, you begin to attract more and more good things. There’s always something to be thankful for.
You can certainly look around and say, “I don’t have the car I desire. I can’t afford the apartment I want. I don’t have the health that I desire.”
All of these are things you don’t want. Concentrate on what you have and what you are grateful for. Perhaps you have the vision to read what is written here. Maybe you’re wearing clothes you don’t have to worry about.
Of course, you may prefer something else, and if you start feeling grateful for what you already have, you may soon get something else.
It’s impossible to bring more into your life if you are unhappy with what you already have.
Why? Because your thoughts and feelings of ingratitude are all negative emotions.
Jealousy, resentment, dissatisfaction, and the feeling that something is “insufficient” won’t get you what you want. All they can do is return to you with a larger pile of what you don’t want. These negative emotions obstruct the good that is coming your way.
If you want a new car but are unhappy with your current one, this is the dominant frequency you are sending out. Be thankful for what you already have.
When you begin to think about all of the things in your life for which you are grateful, you’ll be amazed at the never-ending stream of thoughts that keep reminding you of even more things for which you are grateful.
You must start, and then the Law of Attraction will accept those grateful thoughts and send you even more. You’ve set the frequency of gratitude, and now all good things are yours.
Practicing gratitude on a daily basis is one way for prosperity to find you.
It will also guarantee:
• Increased happiness and positivity
• Job satisfaction rises
• Greater life satisfaction
• Increased patience, humanity, and wisdom
• You’re less likely to experience burnout

An A-Z gratitude list is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a long list of things you’re thankful for, where you include each letter of the alphabet.

How to practice alphabet gratitude?
Make an alphabet gratitude list using each letter of the alphabet
This is a great way to express a lot of gratitude in a short amount of time. If you ever feel stuck, this exercise will give you some structure and is a good place to start with your gratitude practice.
You just have to list 26 separate things to be grateful for by going through the alphabet and creating a full alphabet gratitude list.
Write a few letters every day
Most guided gratitude journals will ask you to write down up to five things every day. This is an ideal amount to keep your gratitude routine manageable and simple.
Break up the alphabet into smaller chunks to accomplish this. For example, you can list something for the letters A–C one day. Then you can do the letters D–F the next day.
Pick one letter and list as many items as you can
To apply this A to Z gratitude technique, select one letter for daily gratitude. For example, if you chose the letter L for the day, you could make a list of everything you’re thankful for that begins with an L (life, love, literature, landscape, etc.)
