Why to Practice Daily Gratitude?
As soon as you begin to feel good about what you have, you begin to attract more and more good things. There’s always something to be thankful for.
You can certainly look around and say, “I don’t have the car I desire. I can’t afford the apartment I want. I don’t have the health that I desire.”
All of these are things you don’t want. Concentrate on what you have and what you are grateful for.
Perhaps you can see what is written here. Maybe you’re wearing clothes you don’t have to worry about.
Of course, you may prefer something else, and if you start feeling grateful for what you already have, you may soon get something else.
It’s impossible to bring more into your life if you are unhappy with what you already have.
Why? Because your thoughts and feelings of ingratitude are all negative emotions.
Jealousy, resentment, dissatisfaction, and the feeling that something is “insufficient” won’t get you what you want.
All they can do is return to you with a larger pile of what you don’t want. These negative emotions obstruct the good that is coming your way.

If you want a new car but are unhappy with your current one, this is the dominant frequency you are sending out. Be thankful for what you already have.
When you start thinking about the things you are thankful for, you will keep finding more and more things to be grateful for.
You must start, and then the Law of Attraction will accept those grateful thoughts and send you even more.
You’ve set the frequency of gratitude, and now all good things are yours.
Practicing gratitude every day can help bring good things into your life. It can also help you with these things:

This is a great way to show a lot of gratitude in a short time. If you feel stuck, this activity gives you a simple place to start.
Just go through the alphabet and list 26 things you are thankful for, one for each letter.
Write a Few Letters Every Day
Most gratitude journals ask you to write up to five things each day. This keeps your routine easy and simple.
You can break the alphabet into small parts. For example, write something for A-C one day. The next day, write something for D-F.
