It would also be beneficial to have affirmations with different contents in the morning and evening.

Affirmations have four components:

  1. They must be formed in the present (as if they were happening in the present moment), and you must act as if this wish has already been fulfilled.
  2. Do not use negative words such as “not,” “no,” etc.
  3. Your wish must be expressed positively.
  4. Formulate the affirmation briefly and clearly.

Now you know that the power of affirmations is limitless. But how do you put these powerful statements into practice to make sure that you’ll have a good month?
