There is no best time, in my opinion, because they’re worth repeating whenever you have time. However, it’s best to start and end the day with affirmations. You could also have affirmations with different contents in the morning and evening.

Affirmations have four components:

  1. Form them in the present (as if they were happening in the present moment), and you must act as if this wish has already been fulfilled.
  2. Do not use negative words such as “not,” “no,” etc.
  3. Express your wish positively.
  4. Formulate the affirmation briefly and clearly.

Now you know that the power of affirmations is limitless. But how do you put these powerful statements into practice to make sure that you’ll have a good month?

One way is to repeat these daily positive new month affirmations to yourself while meditating. This is by no means the only option.

It’s also a good idea to write the affirmations on colorful sticky notes and keep them near the mirror. Place the ones for the morning on one side of the mirror and the ones for the evening on the other.
