The key to making your affirmations work quickly and permanently is to create an environment in which they can thrive. Affirmations are similar to seeds planted in soil. Poor soil equals a poor harvest. Fertile soil equals an abundant harvest. The more you apply positive thoughts, the faster the affirmation will work.

How should they be used?

One method is to repeat positive new month affirmations to yourself while meditating. This is by no means the only option.

It’s also a good idea to write the affirmations on notepapers and keep them near the mirror. Place the ones for the morning on one side of the mirror and the ones for the evening on the other. When you go to the bathroom in the morning, you repeat the affirmations on the left side, and in the evening, you repeat the affirmations on the right side.

You can also make a picture of one or more of your favorite affirmations and make it your computer’s, phone’s, or tablet’s background photo.
